What Can I Expect After I Drop Off My Metal?
1. In order to complete a transaction for payout, we require a valid state I.D. or U.S. Passport, thumbprints and your signature.
2. All transactions are videotaped or photographed to ensure accuracy and abide by SB171.B.4.
3. We use a 3-count process to verify cash. It is the responsibility of each customer to verify prior to leaving the window.
DO YOU ACCEPT SMALL APPLIANCES OR HVAC'S?
1. Yes but only if the compressor has been removed and the freon evacuated.
2. We do not accept small appliances or HVAC's with freon still in the appliance, unless the seller can show they are a registered commercial vendor with Ace.
3. A Valid EPA Freon removal certification card, along with a completed retail certification contract may also be presented.
